Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all regions within Tanzania and Kenya. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Delivery Methods
- Nationwide Shipping (Tanzania & Kenya)
- Orders outside Dar es Salaam will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) or reliable Bus Service providers.
- Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels when notified by EMS or the Bus Service.
- Once the parcel is handed over to the shipping provider, 361 Degrees Adventure Ltd is not liable for any delays or issues caused by the courier service.
Same-Day Delivery (Dar es Salaam Only)
- We offer same-day delivery for orders within Dar es Salaam.
- Free delivery is available for all orders above TZS 300,000.
- For orders below TZS 300,000, standard delivery charges apply (calculated at checkout).
Shipping Timelines
- Dar es Salaam Deliveries: Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Tanzania & Kenya Deliveries: Depending on the destination, delivery times vary between 2-5 business days. This may change due to courier schedules or unforeseen delays.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number (if applicable) or details for package collection.
- For EMS shipments, tracking information will be shared where available.
Important Shipping Terms
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect details, the customer will bear the re-shipping cost.
- Any damages or missing items during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
