These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the 361degrees.co.tz website and to every order placed with 361 Degrees Adventure Ltd (“361 Degrees”, “we”, “our” or “us”), whether online, on WhatsApp or in our showroom. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
361 Degrees Adventure Ltd is a company registered in Tanzania. Our showroom is at Girl Guides Building, Ground Floor, Kibasila Street, Upanga, Dar es Salaam. You can reach us at info@361degrees.co.tz or +255 763 361 361.
2. Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.
- You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose or try to interfere with its security or operation.
3. Products, stock and pricing
- We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
- All prices are in Tanzanian shillings (TZS) and are shown before VAT. Delivery charges are added separately.
- Prices, stock and product ranges can change without notice. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
4. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and your payment is received (or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm it by phone).
- All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we will offer an alternative or refund the amount paid for that item.
- We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot deliver to the address given.
5. Payment
Payment is required in full before an order is processed, except for cash on delivery within Dar es Salaam and cash on pickup at our showroom. The payment methods we accept are listed on our Payment options page.
6. Delivery and pickup
We deliver across Tanzania and to Kenya, and you can collect orders for free from our showroom. Delivery times are estimates. Once an order is handed to EMS, a bus service or another carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Full details are on our Shipping & delivery page.
7. Returns and refunds
All sales are final, except for items with a manufacturing defect reported within 3 days of receipt. Approved claims are settled by replacement or store credit; we do not give cash refunds. Full details are on our Refunds & returns page.
8. Product use and safety
Outdoor, water and sports activities carry risks. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidance for every product, and use appropriate supervision, training and safety equipment. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to 361 Degrees or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written consent. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Tanzanian law that cannot be excluded.
11. Third-party links
Our website may link to other websites, such as social media or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed from that date.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Tanzania.
