The Naturehike Shangye folding chair is the light, low camp chair with solid wood armrests that people buy once and keep using. The frame is aluminium tube on an aluminium alloy bracket – light, rust-resistant and rigid – and the seat is tough PVC-backed Oxford that does not tear or stretch out of shape.
It opens and closes on hinged legs in one movement, the armrests are angled back slightly so your shoulders relax, and there is a mesh pouch on the back of the seat for a phone or a book. Rubber feet stop it sliding on smooth ground, and the whole chair goes into the included cord-lock storage bag.
