About this product
Foosball Table Replacement Balls – in stock at 361 Degrees Adventure in Dar es Salaam.
Six balls in the classic black and white soccer pattern, 36 mm standard – the traditional look, and the pattern makes spin visible as the ball travels.
Replacement balls are the least glamorous purchase in a games room and among the most necessary. Foosball balls leave the table through gaps in the cabinet, roll under furniture, and disappear into rooms in a way that defies explanation. A table with no ball is a table nobody plays, and that is how a games table stops being used.
Thirty-six millimetres is the common standard for home and most commercial tables, though sizes do vary between manufacturers. If your table came with balls, measure one before ordering – a ball slightly too large jams in the return ramps, and one slightly too small rolls under the figures rather than being struck by them.
Balls also wear rather than simply getting lost, and that part is less obvious. Thousands of hard strikes leave flat spots and scuffs, and a ball that is no longer quite round rolls unpredictably – which players almost always read as the table being uneven. Replace them when the surface looks scuffed rather than waiting for one to crack.
One thing that affects the ball more than the ball itself: the playing surface. Dust and dried spilt drink slow a ball down and make the roll inconsistent. Wipe the field down occasionally and the same balls will play noticeably better.
