About this product
A colour filter does something a coloured LED cannot: it keeps the full optical system of the light and simply changes what comes out of it. Red preserves your own night vision and disturbs animals and sleeping people far less than white. Green is the traditional choice for spotting game and carries well over distance. Blue lifts contrast on certain surfaces and is used for tracking fluids.
This is the 20 mm size, available as NFR20 and NFG20. The lens is mineral-coated glass on both faces, which transmits far more light than a plastic filter and tolerates the heat coming off a high-output head. The frame is rubber, so it stretches on, grips, and takes a knock. A small lanyard hole is provided, and with the glass removed the frame works as a bezel protector.
Fitment
This size fits the MT2A Pro and MT1A Pro, and any other flashlight with a 20 mm head. Measure the outside diameter of your light’s head before ordering, or bring the light to the shop and we will fit it for you.
