Product description

About this product

Portable Rechargeable Water Sprayer – in stock at 361 Degrees Adventure in Dar es Salaam.

A portable bidet solves a plain problem: a shattaf is standard in many Tanzanian homes and absent from most hotel rooms, guesthouses and public facilities, and a good number of roadside stops have no water at the toilet at all. A rechargeable handheld unit carries your own standard with you.
What separates this from the unbranded units we also stock is that Green Lion publish real figures. The motor runs at 6000 rpm and delivers 1 to 1.3 litres per minute at up to 5.55 W, from a 1600 mAh cell giving 70 minutes of actual running – which is a great many uses, since the motor only turns while you hold the button. It charges over USB-C in two and a half to three hours, on the same cable as your phone.
The IPX6 rating is worth understanding. It means protection against powerful water jets from any direction, which is exactly the condition a bidet works in. It is not an immersion rating – do not leave it standing in a basin.
The body is ABS and silicone, and the nozzle is adjustable so the angle suits the user rather than the other way round.
One thing we are confirming: whether the unit we hold is the tankless model, which draws through a 1.2 m hose from any bottle or bucket you provide, or one of the tank versions carrying 2.3 or 2.5 litres. Every figure above is identical across all three, so only the water source is in question – and one look at the box in the shop settles it. We would rather say that than put the wrong model name on the page.

Buying a Portable Rechargeable Water Sprayer in Dar es Salaam

361 Degrees Adventure keeps the portable rechargeable water sprayer at our showroom in Upanga, Dar es Salaam, with delivery countrywide across Tanzania. Come and handle it before you buy, or order online and collect.

Every portable rechargeable water sprayer is checked in store before it leaves us, and our staff use the same kit in the field, so you get an honest answer on fit and sizing rather than a sales pitch.

Not sure which portable rechargeable water sprayer suits you? Call or message the showroom and we will talk you through the options that are actually in stock in Tanzania.

Spare parts and replacements for the portable rechargeable water sprayer are easier to get here than on an overseas order, which matters once the gear is in use.

Questions

Good to know

Do you deliver in Dar es Salaam?

Yes. We deliver across Dar es Salaam and ship countrywide to Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya, Zanzibar and the rest of Tanzania.

Does it have a water tank?

That is precisely what we are confirming. If it is the tankless model, the hose drops into any bottle or bucket of clean water and you supply the container. If it is a tank model, it carries its own 2.3 or 2.5 litres. Ask us before ordering and we will look at the stock.

Which exact Green Lion model is this?

We are confirming that with the supplier. Green Lion build the Bidet Pro in three forms that share an identical engine - a tankless unit that draws through a hose from any bottle or bucket, and two versions with a built-in tank of 2.3 or 2.5 litres. Every figure in our specification table is common to all three. The only thing we are confirming is which one is in the box, and the answer is obvious the moment you look at it in the shop.

How long does it run and how long does it charge?

Green Lion publish 70 minutes of running from the 1600 mAh cell, and 2.5 to 3 hours to charge over USB-C. In normal use that is a great many sessions between charges - the motor only runs while you are pressing the button.

What does IPX6 mean in practice?

IPX6 is protection against powerful water jets from any direction - so splashing, spraying and being used in a wet bathroom are all fine. It is not an immersion rating. Do not drop it in a bucket or a basin and leave it there.

Can I fly with it?

Yes, in your cabin bag. Anything with a built-in lithium battery must not go in checked luggage, which is a firm rule on every airline out of Julius Nyerere. Empty it completely first - a sealed container of water in an aircraft hold will push its contents out under pressure.

Does humidity affect a sewing kit?

Steel needles and pins rust in coastal air, particularly stored in a closed case that was put away damp. Keep the case dry, and if the kit lives in a bag that gets wet, open it out and let it air.

Does the heat here affect them?

A car boot in Dar es Salaam gets far hotter than the air outside, and heat both thins liquids and raises pressure inside a closed bottle. Do not leave decanted toiletries in a parked car, and open one slowly if it has been in one.
