Forty to fifty degrees after around three hours in direct sun, which is warm shower temperature. Lay it flat with the black side up and nothing shading it. In full Tanzanian midday sun it can get to the top of that range faster, and 50 C is hot enough to want to mix or wait, so check before you stand under it.
