About this product

Where a magnetic mount is about speed, the GM04 is about staying put. It is machined from aero-grade aluminium, clamps a 1 inch flashlight body, and mounts either to a Picatinny rail or directly to an 18 mm barrel. An Allen key is supplied for tightening and release.

It carries its own additional Picatinny slots, so a second accessory can go on alongside the light.

Before You Buy

Measure the body diameter of your light, not the head. This mount holds a 25.4 mm tube. Nitecore lists it as fitting the SRT6, SRT7, MT2C, MT25, MT26, MT40, MH25 and MH40 among others.

Good to know

How is this different from the GM02 MH?

The GM02 MH is magnetic: fast on, fast off, no tools, and best on a steel barrel. The GM04 clamps with an Allen key onto a rail or an 18 mm barrel. It takes longer to fit and it does not move afterwards.

Will it fit my flashlight?

It holds a 1 inch (25.4 mm) body. Measure the tube of your light rather than the head. Bring the light to the shop if you want it checked on the counter.

What does it fit on the firearm side?

A standard Picatinny or Weaver rail, or an 18 mm barrel directly. If your rifle has neither, this is not the mount for it.

What are the extra rail slots for?

Mounting something else alongside the light, such as a pressure switch or a small accessory, without adding a second mount.

Will it survive recoil?

It is clamped aluminium rather than magnetic, which is exactly why it is the choice for anything with real recoil. Check the screw tension occasionally, as any mounted accessory works loose eventually.

Do I need tools?

An Allen key, which is supplied. Keep it with the mount rather than in a drawer at home.
