This is the braai for people who host. The grate measures 60 x 45 cm, which cooks for a gathering in one round instead of making guests wait through three, and it stands at 107 cm – normal working height, so a long afternoon at the fire does not leave your back complaining.

On wheels it moves: out from the wall for the party, round to the sheltered side when the breeze turns, and back under cover when the coals are cold.
